A bit about my background

I'm a Software Engineer with a B.Tech in Mathematics & Computing Engineering from Delhi Technological University. I like problems that sit at the intersection of clean systems design and correctness — the kind where a good data model or a well-placed index matters as much as the code that sits on top of it.

Over two internships, I've worked mostly on backend engineering: designing REST APIs, handling auth and access control, and optimizing databases under real traffic. That experience is the foundation I build from.

Alongside that, I've been going deep on AI/GenAI — retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems — and I'm looking to bring that backend discipline into how AI-powered systems get built and shipped.

Software Development Engineer Intern

  • Developed and integrated e-commerce features — product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, and order management — on the MERN stack, supporting transactions for 1K+ monthly users.
  • Designed and implemented 12+ RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, JWT authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC), handling 500+ daily requests securely.
  • Optimized MongoDB performance through indexing, query optimization, and pagination — cutting API response latency by ~30% and improving scalability.
  • Built an admin dashboard in React and Node.js to streamline product, order, and operational workflows, reducing manual processing time by ~40%.

Software Development Engineer Intern

Probo Media Technologies

  • Built backend services for the Football category of Probo Live using Node.js and Express.js, supporting real-time match updates for 1L+ users.
  • Optimized backend API performance with Redis caching — cutting response time by ~70% and supporting 40K+ new users and 1.5L+ transactions on Probo Live.
  • Designed and built REST APIs for the Watchlist feature on the Probo Desktop App, letting users track preferred events and markets.
  • Implemented input validation and settlement logic for Probo's Classic Fantasy (Team 11), ensuring accurate prize distribution and reliable, secure backend APIs.
  • Wrote a Python referral-verification script to validate user transactions and ensure accurate delivery of referral rewards.
